A little about
Meet Juls
Juls is embracing a unique and creative lifestyle which includes doing all the thing she loves. She trained as a hairdresser as soon as she left school and has had a lifelong love of cutting hair. She still haircuts today and has also trained as a barber doing straight blade shaves and hair art.
Juls discovered a thirst for learning and has completed 2 diplomas one being An Advanced Diploma of Meditation Teaching and Training and many other certificates including her Reiki Masters.
Although she has attended some casual art classes, she is a self-taught artist and has sold paintings in Australia and internationally. Juls loves using colour in her paintings and hopes that they bring joy and help brightens up the day of all who look at her art. Her first book titled ‘Be the Love’ was recently published of which she was the author and illustrator.
This book was divinely downloaded to her during a meditation, and Juls truly hopes that “Be the Love”, generates more love in our beautiful world, one person at a time. She sincerely believes that love is what really makes the world go around and that it is the answer to everything.
Living a life of love and bliss in a quiet coastal town in NSW Australia with her wonderful husband, Jeff. Juls has a great passion for leading a happy, healthy lifestyle which includes meditation, yoga, nature walks, self-development, creativity and nurturing her family from a heart overflowing with love.
Her life was not always so blissful but meditation and using an array of self-empowering techniques has helped her turn her life around from one full of anxiety and stress to the life she adores today.
It is Juls’ mission in life to spread the knowledge and the tools she has found that work for her in her life. The tools she used to overcome crippling anxiety and agoraphobia to leading the blissful life of ease and grace she enjoys today.
This was the catalyst for the creation of Brighten Up Your Life. Juls wanted a place to showcase all that she embraces and practices to live her best life and hopes that you find some inspiration here to Brighten Up Your Life!
